Commission Terms of Service

  1. All commissions are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the difficulty of the piece and the artist’s personal schedule.
  2. Payment is due in full before work on the commission begins.
  3. Upon payment, the artist will provide the client with a preliminary sketch based upon the client’s description of the commission, and will then incorporate any alterations that the client may or may not require upon reviewing the sketch.  If more than a reasonable amount of changes are requested, the artist may assess an additional fee.
  4. When the client approves the preliminary sketch for coloring, no further alterations may be made.
  5. Upon completion, the commission will be delivered to the client in the form of a 300 DPI jpeg image via email.  The client is free to display and reproduce the image whether in part or in whole as they see fit as long as credit is given to the artist.  If the image or part of the image displayed is less than 100 x 100 pixels, a credit is not necessary.  The artist will not provide prints or hard copy versions of the artwork.
  6. The artist reserves the rights to display, reproduce, and distribute the finished piece, with or without monetary gain, as she sees fit, regardless of content.
  7. The artist reserves the right to terminate the commission process at any time, with or without a whole or partial refund.
  8. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission.
