Dollhouse Sketches

These are some practice caricatures I did in the last day or so, all characters from Dollhouse, Joss Whedon’s new show, which I’m into. First is Adelle DeWitt, played by Olivia Williams, who had an interesting facial structure I tried to interpret. An interesting part of her look is also her eye makeup, which I tried to capture.
Second is Echo, the main character of the series, played by Eliza Dushku. I tried to focus the most attention on her eyes and lips, which are very expressive.
The last image is a page of doodles, including a more stylized/cartoony caricature of Adelle. I also drew November, another doll, and attempted to draw Paul Ballard and Topher from memory, since I drew them while I was away from the internet. (And therefore, reference pictures.) Topher is remarkably rough and it looks nothing like him. ^_^;
I’m doing caricatures at Hilliard-Davidson High School’s afterprom this weekend, so I’m trying to get in some practice beforehand.
