Trigger Warning: This art references Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, which is a dark comedy about a suicidal teacher.

So this is the Despairing Teacher badge.  As I said above, the reference is from Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, a pretty hilarious anime with a unique visual style.  I tried to capture some of that in this piece, which is most noticeable in the slight highlights on Ann’s hair, and the painted pattern on the kimono top.
